# Reward Mechanism

In **MTT Network**, validator node rewards are distributed using the **Proof of Stake (PoS)** consensus mechanism. Validator nodes earn rewards by participating in consensus, validating transactions, and generating blocks. Rewards are allocated based on the amount of MTT tokens staked and the level of participation in network activities.
